TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By making your purchase you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You agree powered paragliding is considered an extreme sport, which means there is substantial risk of great bodily injury or death associated with this sport.

2. You agree to sign the standard liability waiver and release of both Marker Inbound LLC and Aero Sports Connection prior to training.

3. Training is conducted on good weather days as determined by your instructor.

4. Cancellation by you with less than 48 hours notice for any scheduled training slot shall constitute a surrender of that slot, and reduces the total number of slots in your program.

5. A maximum of 12 training slots/sessions (Which can be 2 in a day) will be provided.

6. Should you take more than 12 training sessions to complete your training, each additional slot is $300.

7. You are not guaranteed to complete your training in 12 sessions. This is an average completion time.

8. Should you finish your rating in less than 12 sessions there will be no refunds, nor are you entitled to continue training once all requirements are met.

9. You agree to sign a "You break it, you bought it" agreement, and agree to make immediate payment for actual repair or replacement costs immediately upon receipt of the repair/replacement estimate.

10. Training sessions may be conducted at various locations in the Indy Metro area, out of necessity. This means your travel times and distances may vary from lesson to lesson. This is done at instructor discretion based on weather and how far along you are in your training.

11. Should you not finish your training during the normal season, you will receive one free session at the beginning of the next season to brush the dust off. You may then use any remaining sessions from the original 12 to complete your training.
